Body After Baby
Body after baby clients are looking to lose weight, tone and tighten their bodies, and need support in doing so post baby. These clients send progress pictures and weight updates every two weeks. We write a custom diet and weight training program for all of our body after baby clients, as well as a unique cardio program. These diets are updated every two weeks, based off of progress pictures and weight checks. Please note that sometimes the diet changes a lot, and sometimes not much as at all depending on the progress you have made during the two week period. The cardio also can change from time to time, while the weight-training program changes every six to eight weeks. All of our adjustments are made based off comparing your pictures from week to week.
This post-pregnancy workout program is designed to get ladies back in the gym slowly with proper lifting and cardio. The program takes into consideration caloric needs for new moms and breastfeeding moms.
For all body after baby clients, we also provide meal prep ideas that are sent to you to help you be creative with your clean diet. Our goal with post-pregnancy workout clients is to educate them so that after our three months together, they can continue on their own with confidence and knowledge. We provide the tools and knowledge that our clients need to change habits and live a healthy lifestyle.
PLEASE NOTE: These are custom diets, meaning that some clients will prefer a diet that is gluten free, Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, or based on blood type. Whatever your preferences are, we work together to develop your custom plan. We also integrate Intuitive eating with macro-based diets into our programs.
