Body After Baby
These clients are looking to lose weight, tone and tighten their bodies, and need support in doing so post baby!!!!!! These clients send progress pictures and weight every 2 WEEKS. I write a custom diet and weight training program for these clients, as well as a cardio program. The diet is changed every 2 weeks based off progress pictures and weight check (please note sometimes the diet changes a lot and sometimes not much as at all- all depending on the progress you have made during the 2 week period). The cardio also can change from time to time. The weight-training program changes every 6-8 weeks. All my adjustments are made based off comparing your pictures from week to week.
This program is designed to get ladies back in the gym slowly post baby- with proper lifting and cardio. The program takes into consideration caloric needs for new moms and breastfeeding moms.
For these clients I also provide meal prep ideas – recipes that I send to you to help you be creative with your clean diet. My goal with these clients is to educate them so that after our 3 months together they can do this on their own with confidence and knowledge! I want to provide the tools and knowledge to these clients to change habits and live a healthy lifestyle.
PLEASE NOTE: these are custom diets so some clients are gluten free, some paleo, vegetarian, vegan, some prefer the blood type diet- Whatever your preferences are we work together to develop your custom plan. I also integrate Intuitive eating with Macro based diets into my programs.
