NO BAKE ALMOND FLOUR BARS
- 1 cup SunButter or almond butter
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup almond/coconut/cashew milk
- 1 cup chocolate- dairy free or PALEO- I used Lilly’s unsweetened chocolate chips
In a large bowl combine: coconut flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, and sea salt. Be sure to mix well until fully incorporated.
Stir in Sunbutter or nut butter of choice. Slowly add in milk. The batter will be very stiff and you want it that way— but not too stiff that you cannot press into pan.
Press into a 9×9 pan that is sprayed with PAM. Press firmly into pan. Melt the chocolate with ½ tbsp. coconut oil and pour over the top. Store in fridge for up to 8 days! My kids love these and the husband approves too!
