A great night time recipe for those of you with protein/fat at bed time!
Mix 1 scoop protein powder + water (cold) do not add to much slowly add to get a frothy consistency. Then add in a pinch- and I mean a small pinch of Xanthan Gum. The gum gives it a very thick consistency! You can place in freezer if you want it really cold or eat as is- top with nuts if you have a fat- or you can add in 1 tbsp. nut butter too for a fat!
