Classy Fit Lift


The Classy Fit LIFT program is a customized 3 month weight and cardio program designed around your fitness equipment, fitness level, and medical restrictions. This program can be done in your home or your gym as each plan is customized for you!

  • Please upload images no larger than 2MB or 1200 x 1200px. Front and back in bathing suit or shorts and bra. Your information and pictures are held confidentially between you and myself. If I feel you are a candidate for our transformation client of the week your approval will always be requested.
  • What do you hope to achieve during your time with me. Choose goals that measurable so we can track your progress!
  • a) What dose a typical day look like for you in terms of nutrition- what foods do you each and what times of day do you typically eat? b) How much cardiovascular training do you do per week , and for how long at each session? c) What type of weight training, how many days a week ? d) What time of day you typically workout out?
