What the program includes:
1) Custom diet program with MACRO ranges. Programs are developed based on your specific goals and dietary restrictions (I work with an array of clients requiring specialized diet programs due to personal preference or health conditions).
2) One on one training session on a biweekly bias in a private gym with NO additional gym fee. We want you to be comfortable when working out and we want to teach you how to be successful with workouts.
3) Custom weight training program from you to take with you to your gym or to complete at home.
4) Custom Cardiovascular training program- customized to your goals and or sport.
5) Meal planning sheets: recipes to help you become creative in the kitchen with healthy eating- note all my recipes can be used for the whole family and come with serving sizes for men, women and children!
6) Bi-weekly check ins. Weight, Measurements and Body fat % to not only hold you accountable but also to adjust your plan to ensure optimal progress while we work together.
7) Daily check-ins (these are not required but offered to those that need more support).
My goal as your Coach:
My number 1 goal throughout our time together is to educate the client so that he/she has to confidence, knowledge, and instruction to LIVE a healthy lifestyle long-term! Unlike most trainers, I truly want my clients to move forward and eat right and have the confidence to work-out on their own. But, I will ALWAYS be a supplemental support system long after our sessions are done.
I am available to clients via phone, text, email, or Facebook between the hours of 5AM and 5PM Mon-Fri. I pride myself on answering all your questions in a VERY timely manner as communication is a large part of your success with this program.
