Feel like you have the tools in the gym but lack the tools in the kitchen? The Classy Fit Nutrition program is a customized 3 month nutrition/meal prep program designed around your fitness goals and nutritional needs.

If I feel you are a candidate for our transformation client of the week your approval will always be requested.

  • a) What dose a typical day look like for you in terms of nutrition- what foods do you each and what times of day do you typically eat? b) How much cardiovascular training do you do per week , and for how long at each session? c) What type of weight training, how many days a week ? d) What time of day you typically workout out?
