LIFT is a one-on-one training program designed to help you gain strength, confidence, and build knowledge about weight and cardiovascular training before stepping in to a large gym setting.

Traditional gyms can be scary, intimidating, and uncomfortable when you first begin! Not to mention that traditional gym have high membership fees of up to 125.00 a month. Traditional gyms also offer training sessions to members however; they are not in a private setting and often cost anywhere from 100-150.00 per hour.

Our sessions are designed to alleviate the issues associate with traditional gyms~
Our LIFT program requires NO membership fee and is offered to local clients in the Colorado Springs area.

One-on-one training programs are 1 hour long. Programs are developed for you, your goals and work around your weaknesses/limitations.
