    Remember as you fill out your fitness profile to be as detailed as possible to ensure that I develop a plan that is best for your goals and lifestyle.
  • Front and back in bathing suit or shorts and bra. (your information and pictures are held confidentially between you and myself. If I feel you are a candidate for our transformation client of the week your approval will always be requested)
  • What do you hope to achieve during your time with me. Choose goals that measurable so we can track your progress!
  • a) What does a typical day look like for you in terms of nutrition- what foods do you each and what times of day do you typically eat? b. How much cardiovascular training do you do per week , and for how long at each session? c. What type of weight training, how many days a week ? d. What time of day you typically workout out?
