Amanda’s One-on-one training program with Coach Amanda
I have worked with Coach Amanda for personal training sessions. I wanted someone motivating yet patient and kind after having babies to help me try to get back in shape. Prior to having babies I was a Pilates and cycling instructor and very fit. After having three miscarriages and three back to back babies via C-section, my body felt weak and my energy levels were not what they used to be. Amanda helped me to feel confident again and motivated me to add fitness back into my routine. She is very knowledgeable on many different levels including exercises, nutrition and just general health. Her personality is outstanding. She is easy to talk to, positive and very motivated. Her environment is also very welcoming. I was able to bring my kids which helped me overcome that barrier with trying to work out and managing young kids at the same time. She tailored my workouts to what I envisioned. And she always was super sweet and loving towards my kids. We felt very welcomed into her home. I would absolutely continuous training sessions again with her in the future. I encourage anyone who just needs a push to work out again to contact Amanda. You won’t be disappointed.
